About me



As well as day to day work with a variety of health challenges, musculo-skeletal, stress reduction, & chronic health problems, I have many years of experience supporting people overcoming substance dependency, mental health, & disability related challenges. I also love working with children and elders. 

I have worked for the Health Board, Social Work Department, East Sussex Drugs and Alcohol Service, and multiple voluntary & community development agencies.

Other interests


I have practised meditation for over 30 years, am trained as a mindfulness teacher & began studying qi gong in 1996. 

I have worked using theatre & other community arts approaches.  I value contributing to community medicine and acupuncture in Hastings/St Leonards projects so that healthcare options become accessible. I love working work with people affected by drugs and alcohol and with people with special needs.
